An absolutely amazing experience with Sky Discovery Marrakech! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. A huge thank you to Mustapha for the warm hospitality and to our pilot Omër for such a safe and unforgettable flight. The pre-flight safety briefing was excellent, the flight was smooth with breathtaking sunrise views over Marrakech, and the landing was perfect. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast on their beautiful rooftop with an incredible view. Highly recommended — definitely the best hot air balloon experience in Marrakech!

I have to say this was an experience I will never forget. They communicated with me for an easy pickup close to my accommodation. Upon arrival to the Basecamp we were greeted with Mint Tea, afterward we the balloons be inflated as we prepared to fly. I was nervous at first, but once it the air I felt more comfortable our pilot was knowledgeable and seemed to have great control of our balloon. We ultimately flew to a height over 1000 meters above the ground and I will say it was breathtaking. They prepared us for a rough landing, but it was actually very smooth. Returning to bas camp we had a traditional breakfast which was a great end to the morning. There are a lot of companies that offer this service, Sky Discovery was a great choice, I would recommend them.

One star is generous. Appalling service with no regard for health and safety. A member of our group fainted in the basket and the showboating pilot carried on playing their shit music. We had to ask multiple times for him to turn it off. Somebody was in and out of consciousness, we do not need to hear Ed Sheeran on full blast. When we got out of the basket, there was no medical assistance. Instead, we had to walk for ten minutes to a car. We demanded a discount because the service was horrendous and instead of being apologetic, we were berated by every member of staff. If you want a peaceful experience, do not book through this company, there are plenty of others. I have never received such bad hospitality as I had from sky discovery.

It was such an amazing experience with Sky Balloons. Picked up from our hotel promptly at 5 am, which was the time specified in the whatsapp text the day before by the driver, such good communication👌 Arrived to fires burning in the dark dessert and hot mint tea, then the excitement of seeing all of the balloons inflating and the safety briefing before the absolutely phenomenal trip of a lifetime! The Jason Statham look-a-like aeronaut was outstanding, knowledgeable and pointed things to us on the trip in the distance, telling us do' and don'ts of flying, our balloon got so high in the sky, and seeing the sunrise with the Balloons in the foreground was stunning, we safely touched down and we were collected by car and taken back to the initial place for the stunning breakfast. Peanut sauce was a must-have. Then, we were dropped back to our hotel before 10am and had the full day to play with. Everyone was courteous, professional, and helpful. We really could not fault one thing about the day. It really did make our holiday magical.

It was an incredibly mesmerizing experience! Everyone around was unbelievably kind and attentive. Since we arrived at the location very early, we were offered warm Moroccan tea and delicious fresh bread. The flight itself lasted long enough to fully enjoy the view and take plenty of photos from various heights and angles, yet it wasn’t too long or exhausting. The landing was smooth, and we were helped both into and out of the basket. At the end, we were treated to a delicious meal of fresh fruit, tea, omelette, bread, and even msemen. Also, just before we were about to leave, our names were written in Arabic on flight certificates as a keepsake. This is 100% a place I would recommend to others!
