It was absolutely amazing!! We loved it. Thank you so much. Everyone and everything was on time. The breakfast was good. We felt safe. The pilot was amazing the driver was amazing helping us along the way. Even though it was cloudy and we couldn't see the sunrise it was still worth it.

What an amazing experience!! Smooth transportation, everything was well explained, and most importantly the crew and our pilot Saïd G. were incredible. Perfect takeoff and landing, lots of time in the air, and gorgeous views! As a bonus, breakfast was provided after the balloon ride and was delicious. Highly recommend!

Perfect sunrise flight. Hotel pick up exactly on time 0650, friendly driver. Welcome drink at their welcome centre, then a short drive to the balloon, no waiting around. Pilot gave safety briefing, explaining everything from take off to landing, as well giving information in the air. Perfect flight duration, including rotation of basket so all could see the fantastic views of the Atlas Mountains. After landing certificate and untrusted breakfast. Optional photo/video package at €30 per couple including drone footage. Really recommend.

Amazing experience! We got the hot air ballooning package as well as the ATV bike ride and camel riding. This package also included breakfast. We saw the sun rise which was beautiful and we stopped for Moroccan tea during our ATV ride.

I very rarely leave reviews but felt this one had to be written. This was truly an amazing and smooth experience. A must do if you are in Marrakech. I came across this company through the taxi driver who took us from the airport to our hotel. I called someone called Jamal who then put me in touch with Hasan. The experience was organised through Hasan who kept me up to date right up until the experience began and was there to answer any questions I had. I was picked up at 6am by Rabiaa (I was the first pick up) we then went on to pick up two other groups before heading to the hot air balloon camp. Rabiaa was delightful, prompt and friendly. He drove very safely and I felt we were all comfortable. Rabiaa coordinated our group throughout the experience - everything was smooth running and well organised. The camp was beautiful, with little camp fires, outdoor seating as well as indoor seating. We were welcomed by coffee and tea (which was very much needed after such an early start!). We stayed here for a short while and we had full view of the hot air balloons being fired up. The camp also had a great view of the mountains and we could see the beautiful landscape. Rabiaa was wonderful and helped me get a place in the balloon with a perfect view. I can’t thank him enough, this experience wouldn’t have been the same without him. The flight began and we were the second balloon to go up. All the others didn’t go up till a good while after the sun came up! So we were the lucky few who actually were able to witness the sun rising from behind the mountains. It was so surreal. Our pilot was fantastic and kept people engaged with his questions but equally let us enjoy peacefully too. He was great and you could tell he was extremely experienced. We then landed and were picked up by Rabiaa who took us back to the camp, (I call it a camp but it is more like a very well done open cottage), where we enjoyed a reasonable breakfast before then being taken back to our hotels. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to do a sunrise hot air balloon trip. I keep saying how lucky I was to come across this company as NONE of the other companies actually went up at sunrise and in fact went up after sunrise. (My pictures do not do it justice!!)
