I can't recommend this experience enough. We went last week, and Captain Holger cancelled due to weather, although other companies decided to fly in foggy/windy conditions. Full refunds were provided, even though they had provided transport and a lovely breakfast. That's a good indication of the ethics of this company. Yesterday, we tried again and took flight! Although there was cloud cover, we got above it and had a wonderful experience. It was a shockingly smooth ride. My only fear was dropping my phone as I took photos/videos. The entire experience is really well organized and the communication is prompt. Nothing is left to chance. My family of 4 (2 kids) had a lovely time and I would recommend going with Captain Holger and Marrakesh Dream for this bucket-list item.

Fantastic service from first booking, communication was great, driver picked us up from our hotel, made sure we were in the right place at the right time, took pictures for us, great service. Balloon flight was fantastic our pilot was lovely explained everything clearly, smooth take off and landing. Breakfast after was lovely breads, fruits and tea. The whole team were amazing, definitely recommend, amazing experience 🥰

What an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Marrakesh. We were collected on time from our hotel, driven to the site where we had a beautiful breakfast and then the hot air balloon ride. The hot air balloon experience was incredible. We were a bit nervous but it was so peaceful and not scary at all. All the people working there are lovely and they put in a lot of work for each trip.

This was an absolute highlight of my trip to Marrakech. The booking was through Viator. Holger and his team did an amazing job - keeping it fun yet showing the professionalism required of a pilot. I was worried about the low ground fog - but once we came through the clouds - it was breathtaking. The breakfast afterward was a delicious mix of traditional Moroccan foods - and there was a lot of it! Communication with the driver was clear and the whole adventure was smooth. I highly recommend Marrakech Dream Ballooning.

Booked a hot air balloon flight with Captain Holger as a special surprise treat for my 40th birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most amazing experience of my life! It was absolutely magical from start to finish. Watching the sunrise over the stunning landscape of Marrakesh while floating peacefully above it was an experience we will never forget. The colors, the calm, and the view were simply breathtaking. Everything about it was perfect — from the warm welcome and smooth organisation to the breathtaking views and the calm, professional way Capt. Holger handled the entire flight. The experience was so incredible that we couldn’t resist booking a second flight, this time as a treat for family so they could enjoy it too. Watching their faces light up as we floated peacefully above the landscape was absolutely priceless. Capt. Holger’s passion, skill, and friendly personality made both flights truly unforgettable.
