We found out about this experience through friends of friends and contacted the operators directly via WhatsApp. We were picked up by a truly kind and helpful driver named Yassine, who was also very punctual, and the ride to the site was smooth and relaxing. It didn’t take long to get there. When we arrived at the camp where the experience took place, we were welcomed with a light breakfast and seated in beautifully themed tents. Meanwhile, we got to watch the hot air balloons being prepared, which was fascinating — it was wonderful to see the whole process up close. At first we were a bit scared and anxious, but by the end it turned out to be calm, fun, and relaxing. Nicole, the pilot, was excellent and really knew what she was doing! We would absolutely do this again — truly the experience of a lifetime.

It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything went smoothly and without any complications, from the pickup to the flight itself and the return transport. Even though I booked just the evening before, everything was perfectly organized. I still received a confirmation email with all the pickup details, and everything worked out seamlessly. The entire team was very friendly and welcoming. Our pilot Elias explained everything clearly and made the whole experience truly special for us. Thank you as well to our driver, Ali, who was very kind, punctual, and picked us up right on time from our hotel. I would definitely recommend trying this experience to anyone visiting Marrakech – it’s something you won’t forget!

Our hot air balloon experience with Ciel d'Afrique was absolutely unforgettable! Our pilot, Elias, was superb. Floating peacefully above the breathtaking landscape at sunrise was a once-in-a-lifetime moment. Drifting peacefully in a hot air balloon at sunrise, surrounded by breathtaking views, made our special day feel truly unforgettable. The drone footage service was an incredible highlight, capturing stunning aerial moments of our balloon and the scenery. Having those cinematic memories of our anniversary is something we will treasure forever. The breakfast option after the flight was beautifully arranged and delicious — the perfect way to celebrate such an incredible adventure. Absolutely brilliant. Our pilot, Nicole, was superb. Booked with a local agent, picked up as planned. Greeted with tea/coffee/croissant and then excellent breakfast afterwards. Felt very safe throughout. Thoroughly recommend
