An amazing experience from start to finish. The early start was absolutely worth it. We were welcomed by a friendly team and treated to delicious Moroccan tea and biscuits before the flight. Our pilot, Bachir delivered a seamless experience, he had a great sense of humour and kept everyone calm, relaxed, and smiling throughout the flight. Watching the mesmerizing sunrise was a breathtaking highlight, making the experience feel more magical and unique. After landing, we were warmly welcomed with a traditional Berber buffet breakfast in a beautiful setting. The perfect finishing touch was the dedicated team capturing the entire experience with drone footage and offering a beautifully edited memory to cherish forever. All guests receive a flight certificate upon completion of the experience. A truly memorable experience that I would highly recommend!

This experience was amazing! Totally recommend it. Very well organised, pick up was very early but worth it for the sunrise high in the balloon. When you arrive, check in was easy and everything was explained. Coffee, mint tea provided. Lovely places to sit and wait. All very magical, lit with cute lights. Very chilled out before being taken to the balloon and away you go! Our pilot, Abdellah Bachir was also amazing, he made us feel very comfortable kept us laughing and relaxed and took great photos of us.

amazing experiece. Air Ballon 's pilot Abdellah Bachir was amazing in explanation and driving... the all staff amazing, they are in a background but they made the real hard job to make the tourist experience very nice... breakfast was nice and all people very kind. so I suggest the experience.. Roby

Absolutely incredible experience and the best part of my family's Morocco trip by (approximate half) a mile! Everything was done beautifully, professionally, and efficiently. A 430am pickup doesn't seem so bad when you arrive to hot tea and coffee, and plenty of fire pits and seating while waiting. The sunset was unbelievably stunning and peaceful, and our pilot was clearly a professional and had a sense of humour. All the staff were helpful, friendly, and very organized. The seating areas they had were lovely and plentiful, and I would have loved to spend more time just relaxing in them.

Amazing experience and definitely recommended!! The whole team were so friendly and helpful and made the experience very positive, the buffet breakfast was delicious aswell as the coffee and tea, we were lucky to get drone footage also which was well worth it! Our pilot Zakaariya was brilliant
